Every digital asset purchased from HTML NOVA comes with a specific Usage License. By purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms:

1. Personal & Commercial Use

You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the HTML templates, SaaS interfaces, or dashboards for your own projects or for one client's project.

2. Restrictions & Resale Policy

Authorization Required for Redistribution

You cannot resell, redistribute, or use our source code for multiple separate projects without explicit written permission from HTML NOVA. Unauthorized distribution or claiming these designs as your own is strictly prohibited. If you wish to use our products for repeated resale or bulk projects, you must contact us to obtain a formal extended license.

3. Automated Delivery System

Our system is fully automated. As soon as your transaction is confirmed, an email containing a secure download link for your ZIP archive will be dispatched to your email address instantly.

4. No Refunds for Digital Assets

Due to the nature of digital goods (ZIP files and source code), all sales are final. Once the files are delivered to your inbox, we cannot offer refunds. However, we provide full support if you face technical issues with the files.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs remain the intellectual property of HTML NOVA. The license does not transfer copyright ownership to the buyer.
